[FONT=Helv][SIZE=2]Where would you recommend taking my truck to for a transmission tune up ( check bands, clutches, linkage, etc ) not just a fluid and filter change.
I have an 01 1500 Ram 4x4 with 130K miles and the trans just started to slip a little bit last night. Amco , Wholesale Transmission, your guy?

I work at wholesale.And if the trans is starting to slip its going to need to be rebuilt.Did you check the fluid(running in neutral) to see if its full ?.If you want an honest opinion send me a pm i could take a look at it for you.Also changing the fluid will do nothing for a slipping trans.

Competition transmission has a great following and solid reputation. I have never used them, but I know many who have and have been very happy.
Dave & Phil over at Comp are awesome, but dalies arent really their thing (more perf type place). Bill @wholesale is a good guy to deal with on this
