Which would you rather?

Help me settle a dispute…
If you could go for a sightseeing trip on either of the following boats, which one would you go on? Both are finished similarly inside, they carry the same number of passengers, the price is the same, the route is the same, etc. Basically, you get an identical trip on either one. A brief description of why you picked either one would be helpful as well.

Boat #1 - Antique converted fire boat, built in 1936

Boat #2 - Converted fishing boat, built in 1972

#2, because just looking at the hull it looks like it’s going to ride a lot better than #1.

Being 36 years newer it’s probably far more reliable and safer.

It looks like it has a lot more room.

Sight seeing from that elevated deck will be a lot nicer.

Fishing boat, because of the second deck and what I assume will be a more reliable boat.

That fire boat screams “tourist trap!”

#2 as well

Sightseeing on multiple decks seems superior for obvious reasons

Haha, Jay we hit that one spot one.

dude that fire boat looks like it had a bad bondo job in the past

i would ride in the not fireboat boat

#2 as well, reasons stated above. Second deck would be far better for sightseeing and photography.

While I know #2 would be better for sightseeing…I’d still rather go on the fire boat. I like old, shitty, worn out pieces of machinery.
