i have 3 in my head that i took out myself it didnt hurt at all the 15 in my back didnt hurt either but the 13 on my ankle hurt like hell. if the doctor does it right it wont hurt theres not to many nerves on your head

they pulled 32 out of the left side of my ankel and 18 on the other. it feels like a really sharp pinch. after the first few he will be used to it.
You ripped yours out. When you have the doc do it they have a crimper like tool that bends the staples in the middle which unfolds the ends. Then they glide right out. I watched youtube vids to see what mine would be like coming out since I only had stitches prior…BIG MISTAKE. There were redneck idiots ripping them out of their head with pliers and I was like GULP. LOL.

seems like sutures > Staples…
only benefit to staples is that it’s faster.
Speed of installation (or whatever the medical term is LOL) and also they hold the incision together better.
I’m serious…DON’T watch the clips if you’re squeamish.
