Here’s a video of the 3rd fire on the bike after the transmission swap. The first was to fire it. The second was a rip around the block to ensure my fix worked, and this third is after an oil change. The bike is cold here.

I rode 2 days ago very briefly. Just wanted to make sure I could still kickstart my bikes after breaking my foot in November. It hurt but it’s worth it.
I rode tons yesterday. Got the shovel and the pan out.
My old bike (and @Minglor’s) is up for sale if anyone is interested. It does good heaters.

for anyone that would even be interested in that bike that GV posted, we totally refreshed the head/valvetrain on it right before gennaro sold it. while apart everything else we could see looked great, should be pretty reliable for someone.
