I don’t see how what I posted was against the rules, it was a simple question, and I was somewhat curious of the price (not interested in the kit at all just wondering what it would go for). I don’t see why a company has to know a person’s budget before getting a quote on some parts. Do you want into a dealership, ask how much that car is and get asked “well how much do you wanna spend?”, no, that’s BS…
I’m sooooooo curious to see what rule was broken by my post, please inform me.
BTW snowboard 240sx also posted under me saying something similar and his post was deleted as well.

How did it not benefit the discussion? Sure, I didn’t have an answer for the original poster regarding the cost but our comments were in reply to MrSkinny’s response about the kit. I don’t see how you can say it didnt benefit the discussion if we make comments which were CLEARLY relevant to the thread and poeple posting in it. I’m pretty sure it’s not against the rules to reply to what someone said in the thread which is still on topic. I’m also pretty sure there’s no rule that I have to be interested in buying the kit to reply to a comment that was made in the thread as long as my comment isn’t off topic (which it wasn’t).
And I already told you I had interest in the cost of the kit (but no interest to purchase it), which is why I posted about the weird business tactics in the first place.
Seems like you’re trying to cover up some shadyness, because otherwise MrSkinny couldve replied and explained why he was doing that but instead you just delete my reply, which begs the question of “why” if nothing weird was going on.
Maybe you and him should team up you know, since you both operate very unprofessionally. Like the time we both agreed to meet so you can sell me some H4…and I showed up and waited over an hour with no phonecall or ANYTHING from you, and you ignored my calls as well, and didn’t even PM me after. I had to PM YOU, which is complete bs, and then you said you’d meet me next week, I asked when is good and thenyou never replied. I honestly wonder how the hell you guys have a shop when you can’t do so much as show enough respect for your customers as to contact them when you can’t meet up and then jsut ignore their PMs altogether.

my sole intention with how i responded to that post was so that we could leave the thread clean and discuss via pm.
It’s not an off the shelf item and I need to call in favours in order to find out the cost/availability. It’s a lot of trouble to go through for someone who has no intention of buying anything.
The fact that it’s a big ticket item doesn’t help the situation neither. I merely wanted to see if he was serious about purchasing a kit or anything and work with him on his budget. See what sort of alternatives there would be, kits that looked similiar but within his price range. Or if he was hard set on that specific kit i would do what i could to find out more information.
I love how GT is there to lock a thread for no reason within seconds but when he gets owned he just ignores it isntead of replying. Probably because he knows i’m right.

your childish comments regarding my business practice have no value and should be disregarded. THe fact i decided to deliver parts on a nite that was awful for timing for me was hard enough, not to mention the fact that you were bickering over the price twice via phone conversations.
When i did not show up (due to unforseen problems) you were quick to pm me asking why i was unable to make it. i replyed by never received an answer back… so i left it. past that… it is not up to me to chase customers to see if they still would like product.
I have 15 to 20 other people on this board minimum that can back me up in multiple isntances regarding my work ethic, pricing and delivery methods.
please feel free to call out customer service department if you have any complaints regarding our shop’s operation.
How are my comments at all childish? And why should they get to be disregarded? You never told me anything about bad timing, you said you would be able to make it for sure and said it wouldn’t be a problem. You had my # the whole time, and usually when poeple can’t make it, especially ones running a business and want customers, they call in advance. If not they call at the time saying that they can’t make it. FAILING THAT, they get back to the person as soon as they can. You were supposed to meet me on friday and you still can’t contacted me on saturday afternoon when I messeged you. You had my #. THAT is bad business no matter how you put it, and there is no reason that my comments are childish.
I also NEVER bickered about the price. I simply asked if you would sell it for 20 bucks less and you said okay and that was that. If you said no I would pay full price I don’t really care I was just asking if you want to cut me a deal or not. There was no argument or bickering.
I DID reply… you asked me when I could meet, and I replied and let you know, here is a screenshot from my sent box. YOU are the one who never replied to this messege. And I wasn’t about to go chasing after you after you already ditched me with no notice.

Back to why… this is about one I posted… just looking around for a 240 dash picture (I use S13 pretty often) on the interent, I found a neet FRP dash… it was for a 180SX, (I thought there were some members that had 180sx’s). Thinking this was an interesting product that I had never seen before, I thought I would share it with people that would be able to use it…
Sure the rules say nothing short and pointless need not apply… I don’t think it was a pointless post… I’m sharing information…someone here may have liked to of seen it…
