Why I won't ever be going back to suburban auto electric...

Wow I’d seriously want to toss a brick into that guys car window. Just saying.

Its reasons like this that I hate taking my car anywhere to get work done to them!

i think we should have a nyspeed phone call bomb of that place, asking if they do alignments, but specificly asking if they could leave the camber bolt off

youve got to be kidding me… that blows dude

is this the place?

2255 George Urban Blvd
Depew, NY 14043
(716) 683-5525

oh, I will call. Let me know if that is the correct number.

Yep, that’s it.

HaHa mike do it, and when he responds with an “of course not” say something along the lines ORLY ??? cause a post on a large local auto forum says its guaranteed in the alignment package.

lol.

it’s the nyspeed.com pest network

You should email channel 7 or one of those investigative reporters…

Haha Yeah but honestly its unlikely that anyone who saw this will go there now, nor will they recommend them to anyone.

put it on the news… do it

LOL…

I just called:

Him: Hello Suburban auto.
Me: Hi I was wondering if you can do alignments.
Him: Sure, Make and Model?
Me: It is a 2009 STI
Him: An STI??
Me: Yes as in a Subaru WRX STI.
Him: Oh, so AWD. Do you want front and back.
Me: Well that makes sense doesn’t it.
Him: Yeah, that will be $69 & $69
Me: Ok, that sounds somewhat fair. — Long Pause — Well would it be cheaper if you left off the camber bolts?
Him: Really?
Me: O’rly.
Him: UGHHHH

Then he hung up.

hahaha.

please dont do this. They are clueless and fuck everything up.

HAHAHAHA at phone call. So are you trying to handle this in a mature manner or can we all start calling?

lol!

How can one record one of these said phone calls?

If you have a grandcentral account:

"I could use our “home” cellphone to call my cellphone, start the recording, and then conference in the other party.

While this scenario ultimately ends up in using double the minutes on the cellphone plan, I was able to test it and it worked great. The recording is clear and crisp - and saved online for me to access from my Google GrandCentral account."

Otherwise, some cellphones do allow you to record a conversation. I do not think that mine does, but you can check if yours does. I called from my office phone, and it is capable of recording phone conversations, I am not sure of how to retrieve and download the convo from the server that the phones reside on.

Dont be a wussy Jimbo…go there in person and speak to them face to face.

Its how problems get resolved.

All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Sound Recorder (assuming you have a mic).

Put the phone on speakerphone prior to this and you’ll be set.

 tpgsr

fucking lol.

i only want my drivers front wheel aligned please, fuck the other 3.

if it wasnt a 30 minute drive from my work and they were open outside of 9-5 (when i am at work), it would be feasible, however since I know they aren’t going to do anything its really not worth taking the time off work.

“Well would it be cheaper if you left off the camber bolts?”
