will be a stretch though. PM jackdup he has a decent set of 17s that will work for you. think they are brand new and did not fit his car
Why not, let’s see… it will look stupid, perform poorly and basically suck out loud. But it is a Mustang so I guess it would have done all of those things anyway.

you can streatch a 205 over an 8in so i think 225 can get over a 9in,
its not very safe though to streach them but it can de done.

Stretching a tire is usually done on Euro-Style cars - Don’t do it. It will look like asshole on a Mustang.

I exaggerated, I think the picture I posted is a 205/40 on a 9" rim.
did noone realize it had a 65 series aspect ratio. that fuckin tire is like a explorer size tire isnt it>?
Holy hell, didn’t even notice. I think even on my Jeep I had 235/60/17’s.
