i had 5% on one of my jalapies for something like two years and never got harrased until i got hit 3 times in one week, its a gamble fasho and obvisouly up to the offiskers discretion whether he wants to bust your balls.

If you get pulled over for any other reason, and they feel like being a dick, they can pull out there handy-dandy little machines and stick it on your window and give you a ticket regardless… bastards :angry2
Yup, I found that out… My tint is practically invisible, and the cop pulled me over on the highway… pulled the machine and wrote me a ticket for it…
same happened to me. I talked my way out of the other stupid shit he originally pulled me over and then was like “roll your window up 6 inch’s…BAM!” $65 ticket. the court fee was more expensive then the fine!
Yeah cops can be real asshole when they want to be, but techincaly for a very discreet tint you can fight a ticket in court if the cop failed to use a tint meter (obviously if your tints like 5% he doesnt really need one) Acctualy any tint that did not come on the car from factory is considered illegal… Granted the cop could lie and say he did im just putting it out there. Most cops are not gonna be doucehbags and pull you over for tint unless your doing something stupid or something else is wrong on your car… like if they heard the loud obnoxious RAWR of joeys vtech when he dident have a muffler ;D
