Although it opens up choices more, we need some place without any rental fees since getting people to commit and provide money up front is damn near impossible.

I still think a firehall would be best. Could get a DJ… everyone chip in so much money… like selling tickets… anything over cost of Beer and DJ gets donated to Toys for Tots or some other charity…

Has anyone ever heard of a Beer bash/ they used to have these in the late 90’s… every one pays $5 for a ticket and they can drink beer all night.
There are plenty of firehalls around. I’m sure under 21 can get into something like that… no bouncers… free reign.
as far as im aware they dont even charge you anything to rent it you just have to spend so much money on drinks and food

Yea that might make sense and all, but teh whole point of having a Pittspeed Holiday party is to cause a ruckus in a public place, therefore a private venue will not suit our needs.
