There is likely no way to change this unfortuneately. Older cars (mid nineties and older) used a simple time delay circuit that could easily be changed by swapping out a counter or time delay relay.

Newer cars have programmed circuits with coded frequencies that often cannot be modified.

I literally no nothing about Audi but, if you can find out what actually controls the circuit we might be able to see if something can be changed.

switch position to the central electrics control module, then to the wiper control module via lin bus network, or private network, I’d have to look, you’re not getting into that easily.
