i know lots of bar owners that are crushing it right now. hit or miss i think.
certainly was shit through plandemic but the ones that lasted have less competition and pent up demand.

$650k seems like a steal considering you’re getting a turnkey business. They’re including the name (Nietzsche’s) and the equipment. Location is really good too.

Girls would have no problem talking to you because there was no threat. By the time they realized you were straight the ice was broken. It did mean getting hit on by guys though.
