this really dont have to do with me directly but rather my GF’s little sister that works with me; so here is the story. she works on commision in the shoe department and there is this older african american lady that also works with her sometimes and on that day the other lady had a customer questioning the price of the shoes that she just sold her. aparently they were marked wrong and wanted the price that was marked but she refused to do that saying to the customer “no that is not the price of the shoes u dont get that price”. so the customer goes over to my GF’s sister and she asks her what the store policy is on items marked wrong and she said that you get the price that was marked/displayed (the price the customer wanted) which is the right thing to say cause thats the policy. so she adjusts the price for her.
after the the older lady comes up to her and starts yelling at her saying “you stupid 16 year old, you have no idea what you are doing!!!” i dont know all of what was said but i know she said atleast that plus it was right infront of all the customers. but what she was all upset about was because the lost some commision on the sale now. she my GF’s sister gets all upset and goes down to see the store manager but he was gone so she left him a message about the situation. and here we are 3 weeks later and she has not heard from him.
the store manager is to chicken shit to face this woman because she constantly pulls the race card everytime she dont get something she wants so he imediately gives her what she wants. i told her that the store manager would not do anything about it because of all the stories i have heard about her.
i dont know what to tell her to help her out with this the only other thing i can think of is for her to call the corporate office since chicken shit wont to anything about it; any input/suggestions?
