My Father runs youth centers in the city of Buffalo and i’ve seen and heard first head what the majority of the kids there have grown up with. I’d give an honest estimate that 1/2 of them are set up for failure from the start.
I’d also like to see where the diagnosis of ADHD and Bi-Polar disorders came from. There is a HUGE chance that it was from one of the “prisons” that he was sent to from a previous crime.

AFrank, I agree with what you said. However this isn’t just a case where a kid was shot for no reason. This is a case where “disabilities” are being abused, like I previously stated I would be EXTREMELY interested in hearing where he was diagnosed. If it was in fact at one of the Playpens they call detention centers you can do the math yourself.
The point I was trying to make was the term ADHD and Bi-Polar are incredibly over-abused. It’s almost to the point where when someone decides hey I’m not that interested in school you know have ADD. Also on the same page another kid decides he wants to be a gangster he is now bi-polar because one minute he knows he loves him mom, then the next he is trying to rob someone at gun point.
