I think Afrank is more or less pointing out that people are laughing over the death of a child, disorder or not.

It was justified of course, but still sad that someone had to lose their life.

I, myself, am not laughing. I am pointing out how the news pointed out he has some “disorders” in order to place doubt on the situation.

I disagree. When you point a gun at an innocent person for any reason all bets are off and all excuses are irrelevant. It’s unfortunate that the kid had problems that led him to do that, but I’m glad he died and not the innocent party.

As for him being a kid, by pointing a gun at another person he declared himself an adult.

The 15-year-old would-be robber shot dead by an off-duty Buffalo police officer early this morning outside an East Side gas station and mini-mart was identified by a grandparent today as Kelvin Rodolph, a disabled teen with a disorder that caused him to defy authority.
