however…that does not look like a LS1 to me… intake manifold is wrong…and its carburated…it might be a LT1 which is an iron block…and would be mega nose heavy,…
would be a great drag car though…
I think it is a late 1970’s small block. Yes, ridiculously nose heavy. He made a small thread about the build on Nico.
He said the oil (dry sump) was located in the trunk and the car is 50lbs over stock weight with a full tank of gas.

the intake would be different on that motor when you change it!!! u gotta read the description b4 u cut it down or make him look like he doesn’t know what he is talking about. either way, i don’t think i would spent that kinda money on that car, it’s not finished, the tranny slips, so ur gonna need a new tranny, there are a few things left to fix on it. personally, i like the look or the hood, but the exhaust is so low it would get ripped off in no time!
a mod’d rb26 swap would probably make just as much power as that motor would.
if i motor swap i’d find an rx7 and slap a rotorary motor, worked very well for the rx7!

I would actually love to have a LS1 in my 240sx.
- Its all alumium so its actually lighter than the KA
- tons of hp and torque for a light s chassis
- no turbo lag
- great powerband
- awsome sound
- good fuel mileage
