Good luck if you didnt buy there in-house return policy(or whatever they call it). I quit making purchases over 100.00 from Best Buy because of the problems I and many others have had trying to return items. I now shop Circuit City for larger purchases. They will both match the others price if you bring them proof of the sale price.

Yea Best Buy does suck ass I dont shop there…If you have reciept and there is a defect on it…they cant tell you no since you are just exchanging for the same thing. Word of advice…Dont shop at best buy next time. Order off Newegg.com or something.
Most those little best buy geeks think they know everything and crap

Thats the whole store. There was another thread about this when Eric (slowmaro) had an issue. You should have seen the Justin Timberlake wanna be in the car audio department telling me there was only one kind anntena for the Kennwood sirius tuners and “what does it matter a antenna is a antenna, they all do the same thing”…

i’d take it back…but just as an fyi…frozen pixels is one of the flaws to LCD’s
its going to happen sooner or later.

i know its rough the first time you see it…same thing happned to my TV about 6mth after i got it.

you can’t even see it unless your right up close, but it just bugs you knowing its there.
