If somebody applyed for credit and used your address? I received a letter from a bank about credit application. I have not seen this person in 14 years…why put my address and their name?
I do have lifelock, I might need to check this…but why use my address, kinda surprised they had it actually…suggestions?

I would press any charges I could. If there is one thing I do not want to happen to my financial situation that is part of it.

Did he used to live at that address?
Maybe their records are old as fuck, and it got sent there thinking he still lives there.
Probably some junk mail, i get shit all the time for people I used to live with. Advertisers just assume that more likely than not, people you used to live with are still living with you. We get letters for my wife’s dead father with my address on it.
I own a two family house, we get tons of junk mail from all different names.
Just throw it out. Or open it, and call the company if you think anything is weird about it.
