Definitely seems like seasonal depression, which a lot of people have. I noticed if I stop working out for a couple weeks I end up in a shit mood.

You also sound like you stress the “Small stuff”. I do this constantly. Sometimes I have to look back and realize I should be gratefull as shit for what I have. Some sort of reality check. Volunteer work does wonders. I think we should do a shift volunteer event to give back to the community, would put the site in a better light as well… but that’s another thread entirely.

You’re also getting to that point where responsibilities take over fun. Theres some good advice in this thread. Drugs aren’t the answer, but talking to people helps. I’d schedule an appointment with your physician.

You may have a Vitamin D deficiency as said earlier in this thread.
