Thank god I put the Supra back in the garage before I left the house yesterday.
guilderland got his the hardest i guess. i only had marble sized here. but my gti is always in the garage… caught a few drops of rain on my way home, that was enough for me.
We got nothing down here but hard rain at 7PM ish.
I was at work down in Menands. The sky got pitch black and the wind was blowing like crazy. Felt like I was in a tornado. We had some nasty hail but I don’t think it was ping pong ball sized. More like marble. I noticed a decent amount of cars in the parking lot with dings on the hood/roof/body panels, but my cobalt didn’t have one on it. Weird.
I didn’t see any hail in East Greenbush either…
I work in East Greenbush right off exit 9, and we had marble sized stuff here. Nothing too super huge. Looked crazy looking through the skylights in the building. x_X

I called in the claim before the storm even ended, and the adjuster already gave me an estimate. He left it in the front seat so I haven’t even looked at it yet. Hood and trunk were bad and are just being replaced. Everything else just needs a little work and is repairable.
I’m actually pretty psyched because I’m bringing the car to the body shop that my friend works at. He’s an awesome body man and will be doing all the work on my car. It already had some rock chips on the hood, a scrape on the rocker and a small ding in the door which will all be repaired. I’m also thinking about getting an aftermarket hood and have the holes in the trunk welded for the spoiler delete while he’s at it.
I spoke too soon…I couldn’t really see yesterday but I do have little dents all over my car as well. I just went out and look and they are hard to see but from certain angles it’s definitely noticeable…grrrr :headbang.
There was a new civic out there…looks AWFUL. Dents all over it really bad too. Just about all the cars in the parking lot have the dents on them.
i can only imagine what the dealerships are feeling right now… :headbang
o checked i have one little tiny, I mean fucking tiny you’d really have to look for it, ding on my car, like 1/2 the size of a penny if that, and its not deep at all you cant notice it unless you look right at it from like a foot away, I only noticed it because I was cleaning my car :sad
The hondas your style in my parking lot got pummeled. I was going to say check yours over again because they looked the worst out of all the cars in the parking lot.
I just detailed it and there was only that one super small ding, I must have gotten somewhat lucky, you cant notice it though, if I hadnt said somting on here I bet nobody would ever notice it, its that small.
