Need a engine crane asap. If you have one ur willing to let me borrow i’ll pay money. If you have one for sale let me know, depending on price i might just buy one for the time being.

is the single slammer done?
sad to say, Yes it is. I blew the bolt on the block that holds the thermostat
blew a shit load of coolant all over, tried fixing it by drilling a new whole into block and re tapping it, but the thing just doesn’t hold at high rpms. On top of that i have serious valve ticking now since that last drift day, and i m hearing rod knock on cylinder 3. And my clutch is fried, and my 2nd and 3rd gear synchro’s are gone.
So i m swapping in a sr.
Why is it always cylinder #3 on a SOHC KA that ends up having rod knock?
lol, No idea. Perhaps the workers building the motor in the assembly line for cylinder 3 were lazy?
