First, let me say sorry boxxa if this thread steps on your toes at all but I am in a bit of a bind.
I have been searching daily for an apartment around O.P. where I currently work full time, and my current apartments lease is up in the end of May.
After finding a PERFECT place in E.A. I called the guy last night to find out he rented it out from under me. Shitty.
Don’t give me the look yourself spiel… I know. I have been on craigslist, apt finder magazines, newspapers, etc.
I am asking NYspeed if anyone knows of has a lead on a decent apartment in this area.
CRITERIA
Single/Studio
Looking to keep rent under $550 w/hopefully some bills included in terms
Preferably month by month but will consider yr lease
20 min commute to OP max
I know there is a lot out there. I am looking frantically on my own. If you know someone or have a lead great! If not, please don’t post. I am not from this area and I do not know my way around too well… thus making things much more difficult. Thanks in advance:tup:

Lived there for almost 6 years, bastard raised the rent in the middle of the lease, three times, he was a drunk and never fixed anything that broke. and when I left he took my deposit and yelled at me cause there was a tile missing the in the bathroom and water get in behind it. It was like that BEFORE I moved in, I have pics to prove. I just said F it and left.
