I am looking to purchase a 93-97 LT1 bare block for my 1996 Camaro Z28. I am looking to spend no more than 500 bucks. i am going to be making it a 396 stroker. thanks for any help you can give me.

just go to the junkyard you can get a whole engine out of a roadmaster or w/e for like 400$ …
i know that ls1>lt1 but, i don’t really want to get rid of my car. and i don’t want to have to deal with rewiring the entire car to run an ls1. unless i can get a really good deal on an ls1 harness and computer.
I’m pretty sure i saw a few at clinton auto wrecking last time i was there. Call and ask anthony 856-1616 i think they were out of roadmasters
well there is a smashed up ls1 camaro on here for 4k with 42k miles on it…
