I am looking to rent an apartment/townhouse. I am willing to pay up to 700/month, but a garage is a must. I will be starting a new job in Fairport, so the location should be around east rochester/penfield/pittsford area.

there are the frence court apartments…in the brighton but on the pittford/brighton line
I think i have talked to the people there. The biggest issue with a typical apartment complex is they wont let you work on your car in them.
I am also willing to get a place with a roomemate, in the said areas… if someone is looking to move soon.
