May be looking to let my car go. Its a 98 A4 SS #0257 just under 38k miles 9.5/10 inside and out. It has full exaust, lid, LS6 intake, Brand new nittos 555’s in front, brand new powerslot rotors and hawk hps pads all around, new msd wires and ngk plugs.
I will know in the next few weeks if I am letting mine go…and probably for like 6k
Shawns dad’s car is nice, I’ve seen it in person.

1998 Formula
Very early production car (carfax lists it as being registered in 11/97) and one of only 60 Formulas made in Sport Gold Metallic that year
It has 75k on it, pretty stock except for exhaust, 3500 Yank , shift kit and free mods, the owner had it to the track once and it ran 12.7 @ 111mph and thats with 2.73 gears…
I sent the owner a deposit and I am heading to my credit union tomorrow or tuesday and hope to have it paid in full by Weds…
Working on lining up transportation to get it here

And gold = old lady color…
personally I like the color but for what I am getting the car for I could afford to have it painted if I wanted to
im not saying anything bad about the color at all. im saying it will stand out because its not a common color. but congrats on gettin a good deal

Thankfully it dosent have a magnaloud and it does have high flow cats on it…
Plans include 3.73s, LT headers, heads/cam and the ws6 mod (hood and rims)
When alls said and done I should have a pretty sweet car and still be under 8k total investment (car and mods)

Also the carfax agrees with everything he has told me (date of initial ownership, location ect ect)
I like sport gold metallic, especially the SS’s

idk man, that color is a little “loud” to say the least… but if you can get a good deal why not… paint it black :tup:
sounds pretty fast for the mods, 111 is good at least its not a 10X heap.
