WTB: Give me advice (nissan maxima?) winter/family car.

So I’m married now and whether I was or was not, I would have needed a winter beater… but since I’m married I will need something descent…

I mean I don’t know exactly what to aim for, but lets say budget is 0 and up lol.

I was interested in 2000-2003 style nissan maximas -> I would love the top model but hey. Let me know.

Other options are things that are not rusted/rusting, good on gas (civic? hah).

Let me know, advice, opinions, etc…

i got a 94 altima … new shocks new tires…2500 pm for more info!

Sure pm me let me see pix/more info.

The funny thing is I must resist also modifying the next car I get… it’s a frickin addictive urge…

I was thinking of getting a 200sx which is basically the two door version and looks like something like the 94 altima… those things can handle damn nice…srx competition cars (i think srx class was closed though) but damn…

Anyways lets see what you got nuff chatter… I rather get your 4 door than the 200sx LOL…

4 bangers ft gas saving family car win

hell no civic man

get a truck. thats what real men drive when they are married

lol truck or civic, tough choice. ill stick with his offer of his altima…

don’t even bother with a civic. Insurance will rape you just because it’s a civic.

Alright we’ve established no honduh will be purchased (thank god)…

my mom had the exact same 94 altima when I first got my G2, learned on it and it was really fuel economical due to the fact I had to pay for gas, we had it for 6 years and never had to change anything on it except the expected stuff… fluids, belts, etc…

i wouldnt get a civic dont worry.

I dont mind being able to get 30mpg-40mpg out of a car…

I think this altima sounds like a descent deal… but the guy aint msging me.

what about an impreza???

altima are thirsty cars…gas ain’t cheap

how about a b15 sentra se or ser/ser spec-v

i have 2 cars for ya a 2002 hyundai elantra with 130xxx kms on it for 6000 its 5 spd. and a 2003 Tiburon gt v6 top of the line every option in the book with basic mods, upper intake man, lower intake man, intake, ssa headers and throttle body. it has a brand new tranny less than 1000 have papers. thats going for 10000

For a daily driver I see NOTHING wrong with getting a civic. Dam I hate a reliable, good on gas easy to drive dale driver.

Please some people have to stop generalizing that all civics are crap. They do what they were built to do better them most.

I have a 2000 Legacy, Nice car but repairs are expensive.

I have a 97 Legacy LSi which you could have for 3500
