WTB: Special cluster... see for details

WTB: a cluster with a spedometer that goes more than 180km/h, cluster has to be electronic

preferably matching connector with a 90’ style 240sx fastback sohc, otherwise customer wiring will need to be donr =\

Maybe you should just buy a new speedo instead of looking for a whole cluster that doesn’t really exist?

i was thinking about that, but… since the whole cluster is electronic, can i really change it ? is it changable ? i thught it was built in so didnt bother asking -__-

serch ebay, Nismo makes one that goes to 240 or 280kph…

get an apexi RSM…

digital clusters go about 180, mine goes to 191+

and chris swears he saw 200 on it.

How the hell can you see 200 on it? The crystals are so that it reads 1 8 8 not 8 8 8… well at least by the time it gets to the glass that’s how it is. I’ve seen pics of the module itself and I saw the lines to make a 2 on the first digit, but when I look on my windshield or on my dash in direct sunlight, I only see 1 8 8.

191 is what it resticted us to aswell…

it`s 10x cheaper finding a speedo replacement, than doing the entire cluster.

Here, look at this…a few links in there to search out.

The actual HUD can only read the digits of 188

The cluster itself can read up to 388.

Ive had mine read up to 214kph.

hahahahaa adam knows

I think you should re-word that to “Adam Know’s All”

the questions is, for those who have the hud, and their display wont go that high, how do we get it to go upwards of teh 200KPH mark? or higher?

All of them go that high…

Ahh. Like I said- I saw the module and it showed 2/3 8 8. You’re right (as usual  ) about the hud. With the instrument bezel on, though, most of the first digit is blocked so it looked to me as if only the 1 came through. Hence the confusion.

I took a pic:

I guess it depends on the angle but I straight on saw it climb to 214…
