ebay has a good price on a whole kit. if your already down to the guides might as well change it all up properly
i have the same problem, slack in the timing chain is causing the chain to hit the top guide and make a knocking noise. i saw online there is a nismo kit that will eliminate the top guide. probably gonna go with that and save the headaches. the top guide already snapped on me last week and was bouncing around in the head, i welded it back for now but the noise can get annoying
Last summer i put in a j spec ka24de and put in a new timing chain already. would i just go to nissan for the nismo timing kit ?
