WTF: Apartment (Cheektowaga, Tonawanda, Amherst)

I think they are income restricted and heard a lot about them not in a good way. I appropriate the post tho.

Interested in taking a look. PMed you.

PM’ed back. hope it works out its nice place.

Gotcha, I work at a complex on UB campus, not really familiar with Campus Manor, but glad other people chimed in, good luck with Mike’s apt

My neighbor just moved out. It’s not really in that area though. Central and broadway in Lancaster. Her rent was 425. Washer and dryer in apartment. decent sized kitchen. average size bedroom. ~12x~15 living room.

you think living by Canisius is nicer than NT? and NT has a clean area and a dirty, you’re getting mixed up with TONAWANDA which is ALL dirt.

living near canisius is fucking scum city you must be white trash…

^ Most people drive down Oliver and think all on NT is trash, lol.

One thing about NT is that if you see a person of color, it’s usually because they are driving from Buffalo to Niagara Falls.

Those converted mansions that you were interested in are on Goundry street… all of them.

Mead st. (behind Budways) is decent but is turning into a Russian/Ukranian ghetto. They’ve really turned a quiet neighborhood into welfare city. Not much crime but you might feel out of place.

Check out Robert Drive. Hundred of complexes and duplexes to look at.

:bloated:
I went to Canisius for 4 years. The kids in my neighborhood all grew up in Amherst/Williamsville, Clarence, OP, and their rochester/syracuse/albany equivalents. I failed to see a bigger collection of white trash in that neighborhood at any point than a simple trip to the Oliver st. bars, rainbow rink, or the NT people at anal fest. The only difference is white trash vs. minority trash.

I was in that category when I lived at UB. I thought all the town was like Tonawanda and Oliver Street and all pregnant teenagers that you see at Canal Fest. My girlfriend lives in NT and is in a nice neighborhood and really got to see some nice places. Thats why I want to live there.

I drove down Robert Drive too. Some nice places once you get away from the canal it seems.

Thank you

Trash is trash no matter what color. Canisius in the city with low cost housing and right on the subway/bus routes. I hate the area which I can not wait to go back to white boy area.

I would take poor grungy people who live on the street over crime driven gang member teenagers hanging around the neighborhood.

if you read the posts below yours and above yours you might realize that you are an ignorant POS

Would you be interested in renting out a room of a fairly large, newer house in East Amherst minutes away from UB?

How many people currently reside in the house?

That area near Budwey’s is like the Russian ghetto now. NT has its good and bad sections (Payne ave - on to the River is trashy) However that being said, I am glad I moved out of NT to Williamsville.

Did you guys skip right over my post?

Living next to Canisius was the worst decision I ever made whilst living in Buffalo.

  1. It’s all cheap housing owned by slum lords. The houses are cheap rent because they are all pieces of shit.

  2. Most of the adjacent housing is all Canisius/Medaille students and don’t give a fuck about anybody but themselves and partying 5 nights a week and when you are looking for a quiet place to live it sucks.

  3. Off street parking practically doesn’t exist especially since usually theres about 4 apartments or so in each house. Alternating parking also is a pain in the ass.

And a billion other reasons.

Lol, I saw this post on CL and was looking at it.

ya i am with you on that. the house was ok and cheap but the area blows with the general environment of college kids and inner city people that don’t care about anything. that and street parking is horrible. just cant wait to get out of there.

Also moved the search to Cheektowaga and Lockport.

Anyone know of any places, help would be great.

I just saw this. Let me guess, you’re poor NT white trash and got offended that I messed with your hood? How many Dale Earnhardt Jr. t-shirts do you own?

If you think Tonawanda is all dirt than you are just as ignorant.

If someone drives down William St by the 90, can someone grab the complex names right before you get on the 90?
