Id check out Cedar Grove / Tyrunda off of Genesee St in cheektowaga. Its pretty cheap there to rent house sized apartments. 600-700/month for the entire house and that includes water iirc.
My tenants are moving out in July’ish (still not completely sure, but no later than that).
2 Bedroom
1 bath
Brand new high efficiency heater (93%)
Brand new high efficiency Hot Water Tank (EF .63)

Nice Hardwood floors
New kitchen cabinets and tile floor
Garage (you could use to do work in when needed/not full time space though)
Fenced in backyard
Awesome landlord
Off street parking for two cars
Hookups in basement for washer and dryer
It’s a side by side duplex (not upper/lower)
Located on Virginia Rd. Cheektowaga (off of Cleveland Dr. by Union) - very quiet street

Are you fucking dumb? DRIVE THROUGH WURLITZER PARK. Then log onto nyspeed and tell us about your NT experience. Syrup obviously grew up in NT as did I and we get fuckin pissed when people associate Oliver St. with the rest of NT.
I also grew up in NT as did my wife, we both now live in the city, and I REALLY miss NT, we never locked the doors left the garage open all the time, nobody bothered anything.
My wife grew up high end of oliver and even there is worlds better then 1-8 of the aves,
there are parts of Amherst/cheek/ton that are far worse then any section of NT the only down fall to NT is Niagara county taxes
call Raintree… They are on ellicot creek (sp?)
I hear thats where Praxair dumps all their imports.
I think they get 1 free month. I’m not sure what you would have
to do to prove you work here?
I checked them outline but they were pretty pricey from what i remember.
I am going through some of the MJ Petersen apartments now. Anyone have experience with them and have opinions?
Thanks but at a minimum I want heat included too.
what they all said.
Joe ease up on the bullshit your spewing. if you havent actually been through NT dont talk shit based on canal fest, do you think the majority of nt even goes to that shit? NT may not be your cup of tea but it hardly quailifies as trash.
boxxa. we are moving into our house in the next few months, so our aprt on meadow will be available shortly after then. rent is 600 incl heat, water. 2 bedroom 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, off street parking.
I think the apartment across the street is goin empty. Moving truck was there a few days ago. So the LL will wind up doin the usual an listing it. I think it was 550 or 575, and incl water. Off street parking and it is an upper lower. I will look into it more.
MJ Peterson has a lot of apts near the Lincoln park area of Tonawanda…
The apts are not bad IIRC, but some of the tenants are.
OT: that just reminded me of nearly seeing a toddler creamed by a kid in a BMW on parkhurst. Wifie and I were walking back from the park and we heard screeching tires from an older BMW that had just passed us.
I looked back to see the rears locked up the passenger front crash into then up the curb as it came to a stop.
A few seconds after than, a lady walked out from behind her car that was parking on the opposite side of the street and grabbed a little kid. The kid was maybe 2 or 3 years old and must have been standing right next to the door of the BMW.
 to me not seeing a dead little person.
ok $795 and it will include heat.
Haha thanks but way to pricey for me. I travel a good amount and work a lot so I am not looking to have a high rent place.
< $500 is what I am looking for that includes water and heat and has off street parking.
^Good luck on that. You might want to find a roommate then.
Actually there is a lot of apartments in the area that are under $500 and decent. Its not the Elk Lofts but its nice for a single person.
