Premium customers, had this problem happen. The boot files for premium & lite are the same so it reverted em back to this. The only way to fix it is for us to send the proper files. Pm me. Ill be home @ 11.

in Rochester, residential is 10mbps DL 384k up and Premium (9.95 more) is 15mbps down 1mbps up. I dont know if this is what your speed upgrade is going to be or not. Whoever it was that said cable cant do 15mbps is very wrong.

I tryed earlier and none of the servers could handle it 
My work connection (UB North) is decent though
my Premier uncapped time warner at home is ssssssslllllllooooowwwww WTF
