Actually, their resale values are great in the scheme of things, even at the crap market of today. They have been rated one of the best cars for resale value on the market actually.
96 Vipers still sell at almost 70% of sticker, and even an 04 at 55K is still selling at almost 70% of sticker, in a flooded, down market.

Highway range is not bad at all. It is POSSIBLE to see 20mpg on the highway.
City driving with a leadfoot… seeing 7-9 is not too tough either.
