Hello all. Looking to rough up my garage floor a bit and prep it for it’s epoxy coating. Want to get as much oil and dirt off the floor as possible. The floor sanders at Home Depot are very expensive for this. Anyone got anything?
Never actually considered that yet…
I can get access to one too. Thanks for the heads up Kyle.
Pressure wash will get some stuff off, but you need 2,000+ psi
dont bother with a pressure washer. use a grease and oil emulsifier first to clean it, then acid etch the floor its just like abrading the surface. what epoxy are u using? make sure u do ur research and get the right tools. a squigee will make ur life easier as well as a spiked roller to prevent bubbles.
pressure washing is useless
