Im looking for a local workspace that has a gas hookup and water hookup

Im not looking for something huge, like 5 or 700 sq. ft.

Im looking for something in the Buffalo, west seneca, lancaster, cheektowaga, so on so forth.

I’ve tried looking into renting a loft or something like that but with no luck!
this isnt something for me to live in, its something to do some art work in!

jk, there are alot of things on craigslist right now to rent bays in commercial buildings and stuff, check it out
