Need auction access, so I need a lot. The smaller/cheaper the better, so middle of nowhere is fine. Already have a giant warehouse and shop, just need a space that’s already zoned as a dealership so we can get auction access and have somewhere to put a few cars.

in reality you just need a commercial lot to get your dealer license.
Already have a C1 space, dealership requires c2.
they have been demolishing these things left and right lately… i think theres one on walden near dick across from the hsbc bank for sale.

how close to buffalo does it need to be? We got a couple places down here in Binghamton that may work for you.
Look towards Pembrooke/ corfu i drove thru that area today and saw some. plus close to auction etc…
