I picked the weekend of the 17th-18th as all of us students will be done class/exams. What do you guys think? Does that interfere with other plans/xmas parties? What club/lounge would you guys recommend.
Fridays are chill nights, Saturdays are at the Clubs chasing tail!
I vote Friday…What about location?
Reds…This way we could do the pool/bowling/lounge idea…But they will prob have shit loads of Christmas Partys there
Squires might work, or Woolys, I know they have pool and many tables downstairs…I’m not sure if it would be busy at these places on a Friday b4 Christmas…
Any ideas guys?
Squires is usually pretty quite on Friday nights. It’s the thursdays there that are crazy.
Red’s is a pretty good idea. We can get a party room too, which has a pool table in it, food, and drinks. Wonder how much it costs for that room.
I think reds would be a good idea
Yeah Reds would be good, but i know its gonna be packed. I do have a friend with a “hook up” there though, so I’ll see what I can do.
Here’s what Donna from Red’s e-mailed me:

Do we want to do the dinner thing? Are people prepared to fork out 20-25 bux on a meal? Or would they rather spend that money on booze?
Werd i want alcohol not food.
I think that people can eat on their own before, and just come there for the fun shit. Maybe we could do one of those Olymics thing? Or just chill, drink, and play videogames.
I dunno i just called her about reserving a room and I was on the other line with a customer so I gave her my e-mail so she could send the information to it. Yeah I’d gather spend it on booze as well. I’m down with Aaron’s idea
I think Red’s is a good idea, but the cost may be to much. Squires sounds like the best bet. 8)
I concur!
I like the Reds idea for the mini olympics!! Ya I think it doesn’t have to be a formal dinner, just something to have fun and mingle!!
I have one the mini olympics a few times with work. I find it is low value.
What is Squires like? It’s the place below Chianti on Whyte right?
Yeah, it is. I haven’t been there since they renovated, so I couldn’t tell ya. lol.
Now that I’m thinking, shouldn’t we go somewhere where we can actually have conversations without screaming over music?
Less talk more drinking!
Since Squires was renovated I feel that it has gone downhill. Before it used to be a good pub. There is a new place on whyte called Sapphire that’s pretty good.It is a restaurant/classy lounge.Or we could always go to Chance downtown
I’d say keep it simple and meet on Dec. 17 at around 9-10pm at the United Cycle parking lot and afterwards go for some drinks on Whyte if people are interested?
