Yeah the law should be upheld in every way but its not and the cops make the rules. Their word is upheld over ours and Ilya is a retard for even bothering making a post saying yeah i got 3 tickets but technicaly I should have been right…maybe, Im gonna pay them and be proud i think i know the law better than the cop.
