This sounds like a good time. On a weekday I doubt the Buffalo people with day jobs can get there any earlier than say 7. I know I cant. What is the time table for qualifying/start of the event?

It is if you drive it on the street.
Gates open at 5, Qualifying starts at 6. If you just want to race, and not qualify, that should be OK too, you may break out though. I would imagine that the actual racing doesn’t start until after 7, so you should be OK still. We talked to the owners on Sunday and they have no problems running this event until it is over, even if it is after midnight.

Im interested. I dont think Ill race, because Im sure Ill get my ass handed to me since I have never been to the track. I might be there to check out the race though. Car events are always fun.
Lets just remember, the lake does freeze, the boat wont be out all year, which means the car will be fixed at some point “just because”. Its a motorhead thing, its not just about the “boat”, if it were it wouldn’t have that engine in it…
but enough of this talking about how we think other people feel like we have magic keyboards…
