Wouldn’t work too well.
No chance of legit inspection- look for a older civic coupe with
a built motor if you want something that won’t give you a hassle every year for a sticker.
Nice car/good parts- just not something I would buy since it’s OBDII…already went that
route and its more of a pain then its worth. That is, if you plan to LEGITIMATELY get NYS inspection
