cuz if the truck is registered/titled in her name then my insurance is cheaper. that and she co-singed for the loan. yeah its pathetic. im 19 and dont eve own/have any say in the legal shit about my own car

no i pay for it. and if i was in an accident and killed some1 i would get sued because i am luisted as the primary driver on the truck. im insured as my own driver, just under my mom’s policy. but, since the Dakota is registered in my mom’s name, the insurance company thinks it’s her truck and she drives it, and i am just listed as the primary driver by default because its the oldest vehicle we own (when its on the road)
