yeah so my mom informed me today that my truck will not be going on the road untill MAY 1…wft!!! thats another whole month i have to wait now!!
i always try to look at things from a positive aspect, so i figure it will be warm in april which means i can pull the truck out of my little garage and have a whole month to get my mods done so that come may 1st, i will be ready to roll

cuz if the truck is registered/titled in her name then my insurance is cheaper. that and she co-singed for the loan. yeah its pathetic. im 19 and dont eve own/have any say in the legal shit about my own car

yeah thats gotta suck. I cant really complain too much cuz i’ve driven my truck several time sthis winter without plates and whatnot jsut around the block, and my mom has found out about it everytime and for the most part been pretty cool about it (considering what she could have done) so i’m jsut being cooperative at this point, hoping she will change her mind

yup 20 years old and the parent own my nuts, thats ok i am getting on my own insurance this week so it all comes to an end.

omg lay off the favt that its a truck he likes his truck and keeps it clean. one of my techs takes his stock 4.3 s10 off the road every winter just because he doesnt want it in salt

kinda figured it was gonna be the bater truck that would transport my welder, i wasnt to ken on the idea of loading it into the R/T
my buddy at work has a dakota R/T that he drives all year around… its not four wheel drive or anything and the tires are wide as hell thats all he does is spin if there is any snow on the ground. They are pretty worthless in the snow but they are nice trucks id put it up for the winter if i had one.
Any parent that puts their kids on their ins. is nuts…the risk is not worth the savings imho. Just a thought, but its cool that your mom will help you save some $$$

if you got in an accident and, god forbid someone was killer, YOUR parents can get sued and loose everything they own…where as you dont own much to be taken…something to keep in mind.
