Yuppers mine is a 5 speed AUTO
Before the full exhaust, o2 sims, SAP delete w/ Sims The car race a best of a high 13 at 103/104 I think. I know the 60’ was horrible something like 2.2.
Auto is great because the car is my DD in a big city with tons of stop and go. I drive my vette when I want to go fast.
1995 is cool because it is ODB1 but sucks because it is a 3.0L not the 3.2L. 3.2L swap into a ODB1 with a Euro 6 speed and a 3.91 lsd would be tits. What is done to this car?
I really like those wheels on that car. I’m thinking about painting my wheels bronze.

I also have a 3-spoke wheel that isn’t installed yet
Engine has been well maintainted. Newer clutch. Adult driven (the guy is selling this because he bought a new m3)
The ONLY thing conerning me, and maybe some Bimmer guys can step in here… but there is a small patch of rust starting on the rear wheel well, and a small spot on the trunk lid.
Obviously the trunk is an easy fix (replace it) but the wheel well rot scares me. I have yet to look at the car, but is this somewhat common? Or am I dealing with a rotten car…
New York Bimmers will rust on you.
To really fix the quarters you’ll have to cut and patch them. Check out the rear subframe areas and try to look over the underside REAL GOOD. If the quarters are rusting, who knows what the rest of the underside looks like.
Honestly I’d never buy a car from the rust belt again. 6 dsi’s? Do they happen to have snows mounted on them?
Otherwise the car looks really nice, if you can grab it at a good price go for it!
I’m pretty sure Frost replaced his entire rear sub-frame and his car isn’t even driven in winter! (Was in semi snowy area when he purchased it though.)
Yea… I didnt replace my subframe yet, but I have a practically brand new one waiting to be put in. On topic- Maxwell, that looks like a pretty legit example to look into. Where is the rust located on the rear quarter panel, I would let it cause concern for myself personally, if its just some minor bubbling on the arch then I wouldnt sweat it as its common. If its actually in the quarter panel, then as Ultradriver stated, most efficient fix would be to cut/ weld/ blend to match. Trunk lid, like you said no worries there.
