I am so sick of dealing with DSS?medicaid, all that crap… everyone there thinks they know everything… but they all know nothing!

I used to work with him there, he does all the medicaid for the hospital.
He’s actually a county worker with an office in the hospital, but he’s a good guy, he won’t give you shit and he’ll take care of all that nonsense for you.
The worst part is that the “Medicaid Examiner” acctualy signed the paper, it was signed with blue pen…

It just appears that this person doesn’t understand how to use a standard response letter/email, and to add/remove words from the letter to make it grammatically correct.
I mean it as, whoever wrote it was an idiot. Then the “Medicaid Examiner” who aparently holds some sort of higher position, had the letter right in front of them and signed it.
Meaning hes an idiot for letting it go out like that.
he is the one who probably used it. what you should do is fax it back to them and ask for a translator. :-p
