Yeah it fits, same internals. Both r200s. Speaking of drivetrain components I bought a fidenza 11 pound flywheel today.
fuckin thing is gonna be fast…
Looking good jason…11’s or bust :E
Yep…
Just a couple random shots,
Bolted the ACT clutch and pressure plate to the new fidanza flywheel
Got a little nismo action with the new oil cap
GO AWAY…TROLL ALERT
Oh and here a picture of my new 1" wheel spacers for the front. No more sunken battleships.
Here is couple pictures of my intercooler and turbo. Not sure if I posted it before but the IC core size is 24x12x4 and the turbo is a gt35r with a custom .63 exhaust for mad spool. I have a big Doesnt the intercooler make the turbo look small?
If only I had the funds that you do…
Funds whatcha talking about funds. All you need to do is work and work hard then you can play hard. I work 12 hour days and my car still has taken over a year. You just need to commit to it. I will take it as a compliment though.
I spent some time this morning sanding and polishing. I went 100-220-400-600-800-100-1500 then rubbed it down with mothers aluminum polish and then used my bench grinder fitted with a couple polishing wheels and gave it the shine it always wanted. Took me all of about 5 hours.
That car is looking really good Jason, hopefully I’ll get to see that beast running within the next month or so.
These are my manifolds, I made them out of 316 stainless steel. The pipe is 2"ID and the bends are 1 1/2" radius with 1 5/8" id schedule10. The flanges are 1/2" waterjet cut and cost me too much, oh well. The weldings isn’t quite finished because I was tired and wanted to do something else but I will finish up tomorrow. It is slowly coming together. I’ll post pics with the turbo mounted tomorrow…ta da…
saaaa anice tiggin! looks awsome man
wow, i haven’t looked at this thread in a while.
can’t wait to see it at race city next year, make sure you post the dates when your there.
I will definatly post the times I go to race city, and then post my times after race city…HAHAHA. The welds are good but they aren’t quite the prettiest, I am using a scratch start tig that is fairly old and has no pedal so you have to really compensate for that in the speed of travel I am just not really use to this because I usuaaly use an aerowave tig worth $15000 but it isn’t too bad.
You are a true pimp jason, my leg still hurts though… :axe:
How much longer jason…
The motor is now fully assembled, my microtech is at the border waiting for customs to let it by. I don’t think I will have it on the road this year. Thats ok though it’s been a year and a half already so whats another 7 or 8 months. It will be a good year next year though.
your car is going to be so cute
