I made a big step in my project today. I have electrical. I am so happy, I turned off my garage radio and listened to my car stereo for an hour with a big smile on my face.
Did the Kouki Z31s come with the same steering wheel as the S13 or did you swap that in?
Naw thats from a s13. It is in good shape and the z’s steering wheels are really ugly. I will go aftermarket when I have some extra money for little things like that.

Fresh bearings
Platigauged my mains, all about 0.0015 at 75ft/lbs so that is good stuff.
Torqued my main cap and put my oil cooler adapter on aswell as my earls oil fitting for my turbo line.

Did a couple things while waiting for engine parts.
Positioned my wastegate, made a stainless heatshield and mounted my megan afpr.

I took some pics of my work today. Polished the intake a little more and fabricated some stuff it included cutting and tacking all me intercooler pipes and welding my wastegate plumbing. I also built a new bumper that my intercooler and oil cooler mount to. Oh and I mounted my msd ignition.
Think thats it, i didn’t finish welding because I ran out of blueshield for my welder. Gotta get more on monday then I’ll put the flange for the bov on aswell. After all the welding I will soda blast everything and have it powdercoated at my work.

Just wanted to say good job on the intake, for the past week I have been doing the same thing. I noticed you also happened to grind all of the EXACT things that I did, not only the " v6 3000" and the three un-needed bolt holes, but you also ground off the big unsightly line on the front! I thought I was going overboard, good to know it’s not just me
