i am currently doing the z brake swap for my s14. i have removed the fitting out of my s14 master cylinder, but i am having problems putting it in to the z32 one. it seems way to tight, im afraid if i hammer it in i will acutally damage the fitting opening for the fluid. anybody have any suggestions or run into this problem? thanks for your time
is your S14 ABS? If it is, and your keeping ABS, just put the line in the open hole that is already there.
Why everyone thinks you need to move the ports, I will never understand. A MC pushes equal pressure to ALL the fittings on it.
It’s a plunger in a friggin cylinder! lol
I put my lines in as I would if I was just replacing my S13 BMC with a new S13 BMC. No mods at all. I have NEVER had an issue.
Maybe S14’s are different. For non ABS cars, I’m not sure cause I can not picture it.
mine is non abs
Non abs just plug the abs plug, bolt, weld, plugged line or whatever.
Plug your other lines into any open holes. DOne done done
Na if u have abs the keep the center hole pluged if not then place the fitting somewhat strait get an extention and hammer it in but the way I did it was bubble flair the line so no fitting is needed
