Even with adjusted inflation, a Yenko in 1969 didn’t cost $110,000 in 2009 US Dollars.
People are paying that much for those cars now because of the history they have, the rarity, and the overall cool factor.
$110,000 for a new Camaro is outrageous is what I’m saying, and they (along with Ford and the 4,000 different variations of overpriced Mustangs) are killing the ideas of affordable Muscle cars.
The Camaro was meant to me a muscle car that was affordable. How many people here can afford a $110,000 Camaro? (adjust this for PittSpeed egos.)
