does anybody know what the problem may be? i have to turn it over 3 or 4 times before it starts up…it cranks strong just seems like it is not getting air and fuel…but once it starts up it runs fine…anybody have the same problem? and it’s not showing any codes on the panel either?

while ur cranking,what is the oil persure diong?
it rises to 40 psi…the funny thing is…it will start, then you turn it off and try again, it will not start just crank…then turn it off and try again and it will fire again?
how about ur sercuity light?is it flashing or on soild?
security light is solid
well there ur problem,wipe off ur key real good(chip area),do u have a remote?
ill try wiping the chip area off…and i do have a remote…

it still only works about half of the time even after cleaning the chip area…but my chip is all chipped and beat up …i think i need a new key…does anybody know how much from the dealer? im sure im gonna get raped when i go…
about 50 bucks!!!
think i solved my problem…i was playing with the ign relay and took it out and cleaned it off and plugged it back in and now it started 6 times in a row, and it never started that many times before…

i’d love to do that, but I want a carb. I hate dealing with computers. I like being able to fix everything on my truck with 3 wrenches(7/16, 1/2, 9/16) and a screwdriver.
I hated trying to solve problems with my sho, trying to figure out which sensor controlled what and what else it affected. :mad: I hate computers.
Find me an old school 350 with a carb and a tranny, and i’ll bring it down to fab up some motor/tranny mounts. :D:D:D

you just wait and see, in a few years carbs will be the rage again. They went from fwd back to rwd, and next will be the carb. i’m just getting the jump

found out the problem…IGNITION RELAY!!!
i switched the starter and ignition relay and now it starts every time now… all that trouble over an 8 dollar relay…
