talked to bethel, castle shannon, and even mt lebanon about them, they said that they can still see the reflective and the parking lights lights…
and the brakes are still bright… so they said they cant do anything about it,

now coming from a mt lebanon cop i was surprised myself

Correct, any alteration decreasing the OEM light reflectivness or brightness is illegal…
