Tinted my taillights, shit, I think I went too dark

and yeah I just realized I have a 3rd brake light out. What does everyone think tho

As much as your a dick, you may be right…
not gonna lie… on a black car, id be all for tinted lights… but…i think the way the stock lights looked… all red, no amber, and white, i think stock looked better IMO
at night it wont be a big deal, i bet during the day your going to get hassled, which will lead to exhaust tickets, inspection tickets, etc etc…
just reminds me of some kid’s shitty grand am who decided those headlight/taillight covers were a sweet idea.
I figured it would look alright with the dark wheels, dark windows, etc. Maybe I just went too dark, I really only wanted a tinting. I did 3 coats and then clear, should have only done two.
you can wetsand it off with 800 grit and start over or use 1600 to lighten it up

sanded em down, re-cleared, they turned out alot better now. Yeah was definetly way too fucking dark. Now they are just tinted a little bit. Ill take a new picture tomorrow.
