well i guess its not funny money land anymore we are pretty much even, although they still give us a horrible exchange rate
my aunt made a lot of money investing in the canadien dollar. I should have done it to when she mentioned it. although i was 21 and thought putting thousands of dollars into canada was a stupid idea. i guess i was the stupid one 
Yup…US economy went down the shitter and it’s not over yet. In fact, the Euro is also much stronger than the USD.

Going to canada the last few months, businesses would just do a 1:1 exchange rate with american money anyways(actuality 1CAD = 1.15USD) . Atleast now you’re not getting completely boned.
inflation has a whole hell of a lot to do with economic strength.

YEah, I’ve been awatching that. It was $1.00 => $1.02 last weekend.
I guess the casinos and strip clubs will be less full now that the exchange rate is par.
